内河双燃料动力货船储气罐支撑结构强度分析

         

摘要

The ship sailing in the sea is subjected to dynamic and static loads. The stress and deformation distribution of the supporting structure of the gas storage tank is very complex. Therefore, the stress distribution in the base of the gas storage tank and the nearby hull are directly related to the reliability and safety of the LNG power ship. A 63m dual fuel power ship is taken as the research object. The finite element model is established by using MSC/PATRAN and MSC/NASTRAN finite element analysis software. The boundary conditions are imposed according to the specification requirements. According to the allowable stress, the calculation results are analyzed. The calculation results show that the structure of the target vessel's gas tank and the strength of the local structure meet the requirements of the standard. The research results have reference significance for the analysis of the gas tank support structure and the local strength of the same type of vessel.%船在海上航行时,受动、静载荷的综合作用,储气罐支撑结构的应力、变形分布比较复杂.因此储气罐基座及附近船体的应力分布情况直接关系到LNG动力船的可靠性与安全性.以某63m双燃料动力货船为研究对象,采用MSC/PATRAN和MSC/NASTRAN有限元分析软件,建立有限元模型,根据规范要求施加了边界条件,并根据规范许用应力要求对计算结果进行分析.计算结果表明,本船的储气罐支撑结构及船体局部结构强度满足规范要求.研究结果对同类型船舶储气罐支撑结构及船体局部结构强度分析有一定的借鉴意义.
