Based on detailed and accurate data, this article analyzes the development situation of new-type urbanization in Heilongjiang from population, environment, urbanization economic development and other aspects, and the low carbon economy development situation in Heilongjiang from energy efficiency, energy consumption and carbon emissions, so as to have a glimpse of the new-type urbanization low carbon development situation, and thus laying a foundation for further countermeasures for the new-type urbanization low carbon development in China.%文章以黑龙江省为例,以翔实的数据从城镇人口、规模、环境和城镇经济发展等方面分析了黑龙江省新型城镇化发展现状;从能源利用效率、能源消费、碳排放等方面分析了黑龙江省低碳经济发展状况,以此透视我国当前新型城镇化低碳发展形势,以期为进一步提出有关我国新型城镇化低碳发展的对策建议奠定基础.
