In view of university level ranking, using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, a set of evaluation index system of the university level is established. First of all, the scaling method is used for the determination of the weight of each index factor; secondly, to introduce the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), to establish the evaluation level of university ranking index system;finally, the evaluation model is applied to practical cases.%文章针对大学等级排行问题，运用层次分析法（Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP）和模糊综合评判法等相融合的方法，建立了一套评价大学等级排行的指标体系。首先，运用标度法完成各个指标因素的权重的确定；其次，在传统层次分析法的基础之上把模糊综合评判法引入其中，建立了评价大学等级排行的指标体系；最后，将该评价模型运用于实例中。
