Holing through survey is an important work of mine surveying, it needs high measurement precision. In the important holing through survey, the corrections of wire length naturalization to projection level surface and the Gauss-Kruger plane must be considered. Combined with the situation of Xiandewang mine, this paper discusses and applies the two corrections. It has positive reference for holing through survey in the future.%贯通测量是矿山测量的一项重要工作，对测量精度要求高。在重要贯通测量工作中必须考虑导线边长归化到投影水准面的改正和投影到高斯-克吕格平面的改正。本文结合显德汪矿的情况，对两项改正进行探讨与应用，在今后贯通测量工作中有积极的参考作用。
