粉煤粒径及配煤比例对型焦热强度影响

         

摘要

以西南地区丰富的烟煤与无烟煤及石油焦为原料,通过改变粉煤粒度及配煤比例,在氮气保护气氛下制备出半焦,揭示了粉煤粒度与配煤比例对型焦热强度的影响。研究结果表明控制无烟煤粒度从0.38mm降至0.15mm,型焦热强度呈上升趋势,随着无烟煤粒度的降低至<0.15mm后出现平台区,粒度改变对热强度提升不明显。最佳配煤比例为烟煤:无烟煤=60%:40%,烟煤:石油焦=50%:50%。且从半焦的SEM电镜照片中可看出,在此最佳配比以及粒度条件下半焦的致密度最高。%Use the bituminous coal and anthracite which is rich in southwest China and the petroleum coke as the raw material to make some semi-coke in nitrogen atmosphere by changing the particle size and coal blending ratio. The result reveals the influence of coal particle size and coal blending ratio on coke thermal strength. The result shows that the anthracite coal particle size decreases from 0.38mm to 0.15mm, coke thermal strength shows an increasing trend, with the anthracite coal particle size <0.15mm, the platform area appears, the thermal strength gains are not noticeable. Best coal blending ratio is that, bituminous coal: anthracite =60%:40%, bituminous coal:petroleum coke =50%:50%. And the SEM electron microscope photos show that density of char under the optimum ratio and the particle size reached the maximum.
