GIS在城市交通应急管理中的应用研究

         

摘要

城市交通信息事务的管理是一项费时、费力的工作,交通信息的变化快,动态特征明显,其管理涉及到属性数据和空间数据,是一件非常复杂的系统工程,应急突发情况下的灾害预警路径选择、救援空间距离分析、道路的黑点分析是当前交通信息研究的热点。本文在总结分析国内的交通信息管理的基础上,对交通事故应急管理系统进行总体的结构设计,研究探讨了交通信息系统的总体结构、数据组织方式、系统集成。并对一些功能进行了详细的设计,包括地图的基础功能、交通数据更新、交通信息可视化、交通信息的网络分析、道路的黑点分析等一系列交通管理方面的应用功能,从技术层面上论证了系统的开发平台、开发方式、数据库与系统集成的可能性,能够为交通信息的管理提供科学的决策支持。%The management of the traffic information is a time-consuming and laborious work. As traffic information changes fast, the dynamic characteristic is obvious. The management involves frequent changes of attribute data and spatial data management, which is a very complex system engineering. Disaster warning path selection, rescue space distance analysis, road black spots analysis in case of emergency, is a hotspot of current traffic information research. The article is based on analysis of domestic Traffic Information Management, and carries out overall design to the structure of traffic information management system, and discusses the overall structure, data organization, systems integration of traffic information system. The article also carries detailed design on some functions, including the basis function of map, the traffic data update, traffic information visualization, network analysis of traffic information, road black spots analysis and a series of applications of traffic management functions. The system has expound and prove the possibility of system development platform, development approach, database and system integration, can provide scientific decision and support to the management of the traffic information.
