This paper mainly studies the control measures of ground subsidence caused by the urban tunnel construction and analyzes the causes of ground subsidence. The study shows that the adverse geological body and pipeline leakage are the most important reasons to cause the ground subsidence. So, these two factors are the keys to control the subsidence disaster. And for this reason, the paper puts forwards the control measures of subsidence disaster to provide reference for the relevant technical staff. The measures have great significance to reduce subsidence disaster and protect people’s personal safety.%本文主要针对城市隧道施工引发地面塌陷的控制措施进行研究，通过对造成地面塌陷的原因进行分析，研究得出：不良地质体和管线渗漏是导致地面出现塌陷的重要原因，因此，这两种因素也是控制塌陷灾害的关键。并且针对这一原因本文提出控制塌陷灾害发生的措施，为相关技术人员提供参考，该措施对减少塌陷灾害和保护民众人身安全具有重要的意义。
