As one of the top ten beautiful coastal cities in China, Hainan has unique advantages in developing beach volleyball. Using SWOT analysis, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for Hainan to develop beach volleyball are analyzed. A conclusion is drawn and countermeasures are proposed, which can provide reference for related functional departments to make plan for the development of Hainan's beach volleyball.%海南是中国最美十大海滨城市之一，在发展沙滩排球运动方面有着得天独厚的优势。运用SWOT态势分析法，在分析海南省开发沙滩排球运动市场的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁等诸多因素基础上，从而得出结论并针对目前现状提出了切实可行的对策，为相关职能部门制定海南省沙滩排球可持续发展计划提供了一定的参考依据。
