Through distributing questionnaires in around downtown of Shangluo, we get the original data, and carry on descriptive statistical analysis and factor analysis for the data by using SPSS software package, and conduct simplification for the original twelve indicators, calculate the overall satisfaction of respondents by taking the variance contribution rate as weights. Combined with variance, we analyze the average satisfaction of each index, and find that the overall satisfaction of different gender, age, occupation and other groups have a certain gap from the composite score, as well as analyze the reasons that led to these gaps combined with local residents' living situation.%通过在商洛市市区周围发放调查问卷，获得原始数据，并用SPSS软件包对数据做了描述性统计分析和因子分析，对原来十二项指标进行化简，以方差贡献率为权系数计算了调查对象的综合满意度。结合方差分析了各指标的平均满意度，由综合得分发现不同性别、年龄、职业等人群的综合满意度有一定的差距，并结合当地居民生活现状分析了导致这些差距的原因。
