Infrared measuring temperature can timely find the heating defects of the running equipment and make timely feedback to the maintenance team for processing. This paper analyzes the heating phenomenon and countermeasures. The maintenance staff should follow the repair process strictly. The equipment detection contact resistance after maintenance, technical training of personnel, as well as various types of heating cases and coping methods are introduced.
