The article mainly introduced the transformation methods and steps of 3 fully mechanized top coal caving surface in Tian Chen Coal Mine, Zaozhuang Mining Group, successfully solved the problem caused by mining working face anti Dao arrangement of shrinking face problems, to ensure the efficient completion of rational layout of working face and irregular face shrinking face system. Tian Chen coal mine 3 working face under 7108 is avoid fault, with unconventional arrangement of working surface. In order to ensure the production, mining the working face from the inside to the outside, several working face several close end butting eye and shrinking of the surface modification, realizes continuous production.
