This paper, through the analysis of the subject and object of compensation, compensation means, compensation standards and problems in compensation mechanism for agricultural water saving, analyzes the status quo of compensation mechanism for agricultural water conservation and the necessity and feasibility of studying compensation mechanism for agricultural water conservation in Xinjiang.%文章通过分析补偿的主体与客体、补偿途径、补偿标准、农业节水补偿机制存在的问题来分析农业节水补偿机制的现状，分析新疆农业节水补偿机制研究的必要性与可行性。
