文中简述了宁夏吴忠市利通区易灾地区生态环境建设项目双吉沟流域综合治理工程之经果林节水灌溉工程实施方案，说明项目实施方案合理，经济可行，工程实施具有充分的必要性和可行性。%This paper described the Implementation Plan of Economic Fruit Forest Water Saving Irrigation Engineering of Shuangjigou in Litong District in Wuzhong, Ningxia which is a project of ecological construction in disaster prone. And the paper also expounded that the implementation is reasonable and ecumenical and detail the necessity and feasibility of the implementation plan.
