Asphalt road construction is the most common used construction method in current China's highway construction, therefore, strengthening the management of the asphalt road construction technology is the key to improve the quality of road construction, but also the safety measures to protect people's lives and the importance. This paper starts with the characteristics of the asphalt road construction technology and the importance of construction technology control, according to the author's construction technology and project management practical works of road construction, municipal engineering and housing construction in Laos, Nigeria and other countries to analyze China's highway construction technology as well as measures to improve the construction technology.%沥青道路施工是目前我国公路建设最常使用的一种施工方法，因此加强对沥青道路施工技术的管理是提高公路建设质量的关键，也是保护人民生命安全的重要措施。本文通过公路沥青施工技术的特点、沥青施工技术控制的重要性角度着手，根据作者在老挝、尼日利亚等国负责过道路工程、市政工程、房建工程的施工技术和项目管理工作实际，分析我国公路沥青施工技术以及完善沥青施工技术的措施。
