Reviewing China's development process of the science and technology novelty, this paper briefly discusses the major role of novelty work in the development of science and technology, analyzes several factors for the dilemma, and proposes countermeasures to make China's science and technology novelty towards a healthy road of sustainable development.%回顾我国科技查新的发展历程，简要论述了查新工作在科技发展中起着重大作用，分析了科技查新陷入困境的几种因素，提出了解决科技查新困境对策方法，使我国科技查新业务走向一条持续发展的健康道路。
