The construction of agricultural product circulation system concerns the development of agricultural economy, rural farmers' improvement of living standards, urban integration and achievements of the construction of the central plains economic zone. In this paper, the Delphi method and AHP are comprehensively used to analyze the key factors that affect the distribution system for farm products, and look for the breakthrough point and respect of Henan agricultural products circulation system construction.%农产品流通体系的建设关系着农业经济的发展、农村农民的经济生活水平的改善、城镇一体化的进程以及中原经济区建设的成果。文中用德尔菲法和AHP综合分析影响农产品流通体系建设的关键因素，寻找河南省农产品流通体系建设的切入点和着眼点。
