10kV distribution network is an important power hub connecting major network and users. This paper firstly analyses the significance of the power supply reliability of 10kV distribution network and the influential factors of reliability of power supply, then discusses efficient strategies to improve the reliability of power supply from the two aspects of management measures and technical measures.%10kV配网是连接主网与用户的重要电力枢纽。本文先分析10kV配网供电可靠性的意义，继而提出影响供电可靠性的因素，并从管理措施和技术措施两方面探讨提高供电可靠性的有效策略。
