四井五区5-2S一片顺槽锚杆锚索支护初始设计

         

摘要

The design is the initial design of fourth well fifth district 5-2S first piece crossheading bolt anchor supporting in Wujia Coal Mine of Inner Mongolia Pingzhuang Coal Industry (Group) Company. In the process of supporting bolt, using dynamic information support design method to carry on appropriate treatment. Typically, the major steps involved in the design: survey test points, geomechanical assessment, initial design, integrated monitoring and information feedback, as well as the amendments and daily monitoring to the design. On the basis of detailing the test site and evaluating the geomechanical parameters, combined with the accumulation of design experience, this paper proposes initial design, which includes supporting form and parameters, supporting materials, underground construction techniques and safety measures, mine pressure monitoring and other related content. This design should be verified or modified of pressure monitoring after implemented in the underground.%本设计是内蒙古平庄煤业(集团)有限责任公司五家煤矿四井五区5-2S一片顺槽锚杆锚索支护初始设计。在对锚杆进行支护的过程中,采用动态信息支护设计法进行相应的处理。通常情况下,设计步骤主要涉及:调查试验点、评估地质力学,初始设计,综合监测和信息反馈,以及对设计进行修正和日常监测等。本文在详细调查试验地点和评估地质力学参数的基础上,结合积累的设计经验,提出初始设计,主要包括支护形式和参数、支护材料、井下施工工艺和安全措施、矿压监测等相关的内容。该设计实施于井下后,还应得到矿压监测的验证或修改。
