本文说明了一套完整的在实施“分方向”、“小班化”教学模式过程中的实施途径和具体实施细节，该教学模式具有较好的实用性，但在实际操作过程中与现行教学管理和学生管理模式存在矛盾，需要增加大量的具体工作，本文所介绍的方法适合于在专业群中推广使用“分方向”、“小班化”教学模式。%This article illustrates a complete set of implementing ways and specific implementation details in the implementation of the"direction-based" and "small class" teaching mode. This teaching mode has good practicability, but in the actual operation process, it has contradiction with the current teaching management and student management mode, so it is necessary to add a lot of specific work.
