This paper, takes the student activity center in a school as an example, based on the theory of fundamental industrial engineering, analyzes the business process problems by "5W1H" method and find out reasons. The paper also proposes specific scheme of improving business according to"ECRS"principle, uses the method of site management to improve the site layout, and evaluate the scheme.%本文以某学校学生活动中心为例，通过运用基础工业工程的思想，采用“5W1H”的方法分析业务办理流程的问题并找出产生问题的根本原因，然后根据“ECRS”四大原则提出了改进业务办理流程的具体方案，并运用现场管理的方法对其现场布置进行了改善，最后对方案进行了评价。
