According to the characteristics of the beef cattle breeding circular economy projec, this paper analyzes the environmental risk and the potential of cleaner production of this kind of project, put forward the corresponding measures to reduce the environmental risk, raise the level of resource utilization、reducing emissions.%本文根据肉牛养殖循环经济项目的特点，分析此类项目存在的环境风险和清洁生产潜力，提出相应措施以降低环境风险、提高资源利用水平、减少污染物排放。
