本文针对天然气净化装置静设备管线经常出现法兰泄漏、阀门泄漏、法兰面刺漏损坏等问题，总结出来一套直接采用电弧焊焊接带压堵漏技术进行堵漏。并成功地进行了不同介质，不同压力漏点的带压堵漏，保证了设备的连续运行，避免停产损失，在过去许多禁区都得到了突破。%For the natural gas purification device for static equipment often occurs damages and problems of pipeline flange leakage, valve leakage, flange comedo leakage and so on, this paper summed up a set of directly using electric arc welding with pressure plugging technology for plugging. And it successfully carries out the pressure seal leakage under different media and different pressure, thus it ensures that the operation of equipment continuously work, avoid production losses, and has been breakthrough in the past many areas.
