随着信息技术的不断发展和互联网技术与人们日常工作生活的深入结合，为满足人们个性化多元化的工作生活需求，大量信息管理软件不断涌现，对传统期刊编辑出版工作产生了革命性的影响。本文在综合论述信息技术发展现状的基础上，从期刊选题、编辑和出版三个主要环节分析讨论了现代信息技术对期刊编辑出版工作的影响与变革，并指出了未来信息技术在期刊编辑出版工作方面应用应该注意的几点问题，为期刊编辑出版工作的发展提供了一定的理论支撑。%With the development of information technology, internet technology is deeply combined with people's daily life. In order to meet the needs of personalized diversified work life of people, a lot of information management software are constantly emerging, which has great influence on the traditional journal publishing work. Based on comprehensive discussion of the present situation of information technology development, this paper from perspectives of journals, editing and publishing, analyzes the influence of modern information technology on editing and publishing work. The paper also points out several problems which should be paid cautious when applied information technology in the journal editing and publishing, aims to provide theoretical support for development of editing and publishing work.
