According to the unit implements shelf team construction management model, this paper elaborates the operating conditions and deficiencies of a railway project during the pilot, proposes the proposals to in-depth "shelf team" construction organizational model, provides reference for the full implementation of the shelf team building.%本文针对本单位推行架子队施工管理模式的实际，阐述了在某铁路工程项目试点期间的运行状况和存在不足，提出深化“架子队”施工组织模式的意见建议，为全面推行架子队建设提供借鉴和参考。
