基于以太网技术的空压机远程监控系统的设计

         

摘要

本文在系统分析基于网络的远程监控、组态王软件特点和空压机的工作过程的基础上,提出了一种用工业控制机结合以太网络技术实现空气压缩机远程监控的低成本解决方案。介绍在工业环境中,利用工业组态软件-组态王软件,配合西门子S7-200PLC实现远程通信,采用MODBUS实现PLC与空压机之间的通讯的原理,设计了一种基于以太网络的空压机站的远程在线实时监控系统。通过以太网对空压机的运行状态、运行过程进行远程自动监控和故障诊断处理,实现了无人值守、远程监控和管理控制一体化。目前该系统已应用于江苏通鼎光电股份有限公司,实际运行结果表明,系统运行稳定,操作方便,能有效减少设备维修量,并具有较好的可靠性和鲁棒性,很好的实现了监控和管理自动化。%This paper analyses the system based on the network based remote monitoring, configuration software features and the process of air compressor, proposes a low cost implementation of air compressor remote monitoring by industrial control computer with Ethernet technology solutions, in the industrial environment, with the using of Kingview software and the Siemens S7-200PLC, use MODBUS to realize the communication between the PLC and the air compressor, designs an online air compressor station remote monitoring system based on Ethernet. By monitoring and fault diagnosis of the running state of the air compressor and the operation process of the remote automatic, it realized managing of unmanned on duty, remote monitoring and control integration. The system is applied in Jiangsu Tongding Opitic-Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd., it has the advantages of high reliability and good robustness, good to realize the control and management of automation.
