针对当前存在的政府专职消防员训练热情不高，训练水平一直处于低层次徘徊的问题，提出了准确定位战场位置，合理规划职业生涯，科学编组消防力量，建立健全成长机制，突出协同配合，区分类别和层次，有效提高政府专职消防员的训练水平。%To resolve the problem of government professional fire force training enthusiasm not enough, this paper proposes to locating the position of the battlefield accurately, planning career legitimately, grouping fire forces scientifically, establishing the growth mechanism perfectly, improving the level of training for government professional fire force effectively.
