K24密封片组件校型技术研究

         

摘要

The most common problem of nozzle sealing plates of a jet engine in overhaul is bending deformation, which needs to be repaired by heat treatment method while bending out of acceptability. Generally, it is necessary to disassemble the nozzle sealing plate components to single piece of parts, before an isothermal adjustment method can be done to relieve bending deformation. In this paper, an improved process has been studied which the disassembly work can be avoided. The research is based on a typical nozzle sealing plate component made of K24, of which structure and material are introduced at first, followed by a feasibility analysis, and finally the method was validated by experiments.%密封片是燃气涡轮喷气发动机喷管上的重要部件之一,在发动机的修理过程中对变形超出使用标准的零件需要进行修复。按照修理技术要求需要将组件进行分解到单件状态进行稳定热处理校型,通过对零件结构和材料的分析,进行密封片组件状态校型的可行性分析以及试验验证,研究密封片组件状态的校型技术。
