In order to keep abreast of the development of higher vocational education and cultivate more qualified talents, the proper conduct of teaching reform can help students to master professional knowledge and applied more smoothly. Based on the the characteristics and training objectives of higher vocational education, this paper tries to carry out reform in teaching content, organization form, evaluation method and so on. Combined with the social demand for talents, the paper proposes improvement measures, aims to comprehensively improve the teaching quality and the teaching effect of this course.%为适应高职教育发展的要求，培养更多高素质的人才，适当进行教学改革，能使学生对专业知识的掌握更加牢固，在具体的应用中更加具有针对性。本文就高职教育的特点和培养目标，充分利用校企合作资源的优势，对《产品检测与质量控制》课程在教学内容、组织形式、考核方法等方面进行改革，结合社会对该方面人才的需求条件，提出改进措施，更全面提高该课程的教学质量与教学效果。
