近年来抽油杆断脱成为塔河油田抽油机井检泵作业的主要因素，严重影响了正常生产，造成大量经济损失。分析认为，泵挂深造成的疲劳损伤以及硫化氢腐蚀是造成抽油杆断脱的主要原因，同时管理不健全以及机械损伤也是原因之一。针对原因分析，结合现场实际，提出了几项防治抽油杆断脱的技术对策。%In recent years, the sucker rod parting accidents of pumping well have been the main factor of the inspection operation in Tahe Oilfield, which has affected the normal production seriously and caused enormous economic loss to the oil fields. Analysis that, pump setting depth caused by fatigue damage and corrosion is the main reason of the sucker rod parting, moreover the imperfect management and the mechanical damage is one of the reasons. In view of the analysis, the article gives several countermeasures to control broken sucker rod combined with the actual experiences.
