Hotel Cost Control is an obligatory subject for college students who are major in hotel management. This paper analyzes the hotel cost control subject's characteristic and problems of college education. And it also puts up with the strategies of reform and innovation of ecotourism teaching,tries to promote the education in China.%《酒店成本控制》是酒店管理专业的一门必修课程，针对该课程教材匮乏，理论教学比较空泛，实践教学缺乏落实等教学现状及问题，提出加强教材建设、实施多样化教学、现代化教学等改革措施，以期为酒店管理专业《酒店成本控制》课程教学改革与创新探索出一条切实可行的路径，实现酒店人才培养的现实需要。
