针对公司入厂汽车煤机械化采样装置运行使用中存在的问题，通过对该装置软硬件优化改造，既提高了设备可靠性，确保入厂汽车煤机械化采样装置投入率98%，又在设备安全及运行方式等方面对系统进一步完善，为公司标煤单价和热值差控制，商品煤交易的公平、公正，提供技术保证。%To solve problems in the daily running of current mechanized sampling equipment for automobile-coal, we have optimized and transformed both the software and hardware of the equipment. The reliability of the equipment is improved ensuring the availability rate to be 98%. The equipment safety and operation mode of the system is further improved. This paper provides good technical supports for the control of the unit price and caloric value difference of standard coals, which guarantees fair trading of commercial coals.
