本文围绕防范风险、提高效益，对单项工程项目策划、实施准备、工程实施、结算支付四个业务阶段成本控制流程进行了探讨，通过整合工程项目、业务外包、采购业务、合同管理、资产管理、资金活动等六个主要业务领域，构建单项工程成本控制框架体系。%This paper focuses on preventing risks, improving efficiency to discuss the cost control processes of single project planning, implementation preparation, project implementation and settlement payment, builds a single project cost control framework through the six major business areas of integration projects, outsourcing, procurement, contract management, asset management and capital activities.
