随着计算机网络教学的不断发展，利用网络教学方式培养大学生的英语自主学习能力成为当前大学英语教学的首要任务之一。通过对云南财经大学非英语专业一年级学生的网络英语自主学习状况的调查研究，本文从动机和学习策略等内部指向性条件的角度研究分析了如何培养网络环境下大学生英语自主学习能力。%With the advancement of computer network teaching, how to use this teaching method to cultivate college students' English autonomous learning ability has become one of the priorities of the current college English teaching. Based on the investigation and study of the English autonomous learning situation of non-English major students of 2011 in Yunnan University of Finance and Economics, from the point of inernal factors such as motivation and study strategies,this article analyzes how to cultivate college students' English autonomous learning ability under the environment of computer and Internet.
