论图书馆流通库读者的管理

在这日新月异、飞速发展的社会,大学生的学习任务重,时间紧,来自各方面的压力很大。如何让他们在图书馆流通库这座知识的城堡里,自如地索取所需的文献资料、自觉地遵守流通库的各项规则、清楚地知道自己享有哪些权利和需履行哪些义务,这与管理人员的指导是紧密相联的。读者工作是图书馆流通库的核心工作,读者服务工作是图书馆的日常工作,是图书馆赖以生存的基础。%In the society with ever-changing and rapid development, the learning task of students is hard and the time is tight, and great pressure from all sides is big. How to let them collect documents and materials in circulation library of library freely, observe the rules of circulation library conscientiously, and clearly understand what right can they enjoy and what obligations should they fulfill is closely connected with the guide of management stuff. Readers work is the core of the work of circulation library and the reader service work is the daily work of the library and the basis of survival of library.
