In this paper, the Balanced Scorecard card performance evaluation system is designed to improve the rescue process, and provides ways of optimizing rescue, which provides a reference for China carring out geological disaster risk management.%本文借鉴平衡计分卡思想，结合地质灾害救援管理的目标和流程，设计了基于平衡计分卡的地质灾害风险管理绩效评价体系，旨在通过该绩效评价工具来完善和优化救援流程，调整和优化救援方式提供途径和方法，为我国地质灾害风险管理工作的开展提供参考。
