This article explained the causes for the landslide from the geological environment, weather factors and human project activities, and designed to use the pull anchor anti-slide pile group as the main control measure to prevent the landslide again of large weirs.%本文从大陂头滑坡所处的地质环境条件、气象因素及人为工程活动影响诸方面，阐述了滑坡形成的原因，为防治大陂头滑坡再次滑动致灾，设计采用拉锚抗滑桩群为主的治理措施。
