本研究采用定向运动作为心理干预手段,研究定向运动对青年初期学生的意志变化存在影响。从而为在定向运动教学训练中改善学生的心理健康,为提高学生的意志品质提供参考,也为该运动项目的广泛普及和开展提供心理学理论支持。研究表明:经过一段时间的定向运动教学训练,实验组成员的意志力得分由原来的51.73依4.09提高到54.43依3.49,实验组前后数据对比P<0.01,实验组与对照组数据(51.80依4.20)对比P<0.05,表明定向运动对提高大学生的意志力有非常积极的作用。%This study adopts directional movement as a means of mental intervention and studies the effect of directional movement on young students' will change, so as to provide reference for improving the students' psychological health and improving the will quality of students in the directional movement teaching and training, and also provide psychological theoretical support for the popularization and development of sports. Research shows that: after a period of teaching and training of directional movement, the will score of experimental group members is improved from 51.73±4.09 to 54.43±3.49, P<0.01 in the comparison with the data before and after the experimental group, P<0.05 in the comparison between the experimental group and the control group (51.80±4.20), so it shows that the directional movement has a very positive effect on improving the will of college students.
