近年来食品安全事件屡屡发生，其主要原因就在于其法律体系落后。对此如何健全呢？可从两方面着手：一是健全法制内容。增加全程监管、食品安全新标准，加大惩罚力度，实行法律问责制、食品召回制，确立风险检测立法，强化食品代言法律责任等；二是在法律法规制定的程序方法上，重视前瞻性规划的制定、公众参与立法及综合立法等。以此建立科学协调配套的法律体系，必将有力推动食品问题治理与社会转型进程。%In recent years, food safety occurred frequently, the main reason lies in its lagging legal system.
