铅Pb2+在自由流电泳芯片(滋-FFE)中运动轨迹的仿真

         

摘要

In order to study the trajectory of lead Pb2+in the free flow electrophoresis, the paper studies COMSOL simulation software in the μ-FFE applied field, the liquid flow rate on the separation and enrichment of lead ions, and finds the optimum parameters and programs. Firstly, establishing a rectangular chip architecture simulation model, adding three physical field like the desired speed, concentration, electric field. This parameter setting selected the applied voltage between 110V to 150V on the basis of previous experimental, the liquid flow rate in among from6.3*10-5m/s to 7.8*10-5m/s. From the simulation results, the lead ion deflection is more obvious when applied voltage is about 150V and the liquid flow rate is 7.3*10-5m/s when it's 0.08ml/min.%为了研究铅Pb2+在自由流电泳中的运动轨迹,通过COMSOL仿真软件研究滋-FFE中外加电场大小、进液流速对铅离子分离富集的影响,并找出较优的参数与方案。首先建立了矩形芯片结构仿真模型,加入模拟需要的速度、浓度、电场三个物理场。此次参数设定在考虑以往实验的基础上选择外加电压大小为110V至150V之间,进液流速在6.3*10-5m/s到7.8*10-5m/s之间。从仿真结果来看,外加电压大小为150V左右进液流速为7.3*10-5m/s即0.08ml/min时铅离子偏转比较明显。该研究对工业废水排污重金属分离提供了借鉴。
