浅析酒店实习生管理--以贵州天怡豪生大酒店为例

         

摘要

随着酒店业的不断发展,各种档次、各种特色酒店不断崛起,酒店数量的大幅上升,以及人们长期以来对作为服务行业的酒店业的传统认知和偏见,导致酒店业人员招募举步维艰、日益艰难,为保证酒店正常用工、有效节约人力成本、培养忠诚于酒店的骨干员工和基层管理团队,天怡豪生大酒店将实习生作为员工队伍的一个重要补充,但是实习生的管理对于酒店而言是一个比较棘手的问题,笔者通过与酒店人力资源部总监的交谈和对实习学生的了解,归纳出天怡豪生大酒店对实习生管理的几种做法,希望可以对本行业有所帮助。%With the continuous development of hotel industry, all kinds of hotels rise ceaselessly. The massive increase in the number of hotel, and people's conventional prejudice on hospitality industry result in personnel recruitment difficulty. In order to ensure the hotel normal labor, effectively save the human cost and train backbone staff and grass-roots management team loyal to the hotel, Howard Johnson Plaza Guiyang regards interns as an important supplement of the staff team. But the management of the intern is a difficult problem for the hotel. Through the conversation with hotel HR director and understanding of the internship students, the author sums up several methods used in Howard Johnson Plaza Guiyang for management of interns, in hope of being helpful for this industry.
