Through the research on the natural disaster emergency broadcast system in Japan, this paper analyzes problems and deficiencies of the natural disaster broadcast system in China, and then makes recommendations and concrete measures to improve natural disaster emergency broadcast system.%本文通过对日本的自然灾害应急广播系统的研究，分析我国自然灾害广播系统中存在的问题及不足，进而针对这些不足提出建议与完善自然灾害应急广播系统的具体措施。
