用LED实现光电转化的演示型太阳辐射计

         

摘要

The thesis uses a light-emitting diode as the photodetector of the sun photometer. The LED is connected the two inputs of 741 Op Amp. which can make up amplifier circuit. Its structure is simple and it is easy to implement. The main function is measuring direct solar radiation. Compared with specialized detector, LED can detect the wavelength of narrow wave band. Moreover, LED itself has emission characteristics. In order to combine detection circuit with lighting circuit, the experiment use a switch. As a light-emitting element, different colours'LED lights are used as flashlight, money detector light and so on.%本论文使用发光二极管(LED)作为太阳辐射计的光探测器,只需将LED接入一个741运放的两个输入端,构成放大电路即可,结构简单易于实现。其主要功能是测量直接太阳辐射,与专门设计的探测器相比,LED还能探测窄波段的波长。此外LED本身具有发光特性,将探测电路和发光电路设计在一起,使用一个转换开关即可实现LED在两种功能间相互转换。作为发光元件,安装不同颜色的LED灯可以实现手电筒、验钞灯等其他功能。
