This paper mainly introduces the complete implementation process and implementation plan of ERP system. The ERP system is based on the scientific and normative enterprise information coding standard system, makes full use of modern information technology, such as computer, network communication and database, which fully achieves the modernization of enterprise information processing and management. The implementation of ERP system improved the enterprise management level and economic efficiency, increased the production substantially, reduced inventory and costs, and increased profits, and thus improved the existing resources planning and management ability. Furthermore, it effectively unified the information flow, logistics flow, capital flow and business flow, improved management level of personnel, and provided effective true data analysis for decision makers to lay a good foundation for integration of internal resources and external market competition.
