For the upcoming FTA negotiation between China and Korea government, the paper conducts the comparative analysis of the expected controversial focus problems in services field of two countries and proposes the corresponding strategy and constructive comments, and looks forward to provide policy implications to the FTA negotiations between China and the ROK government.%针对即将开启的中韩政府间FTA协商，本文对两国预期争议较大的服务业领域的焦点问题进行相关对比分析并提出相应的对应战略以及建设性意见，并期待对中韩两国政府间FTA协商给予参考意义的政策性启示。
