图书馆采编部门担负着面向读者文献资源合理调配的重任。文章本着为教学、科研和读者服务的宗旨，以山东万杰医学院为例，就如何更好地满足图书馆藏书建设和读者对文献利用的需求，以及如何为改进读者服务的措施等进行了浅析。%Editorial department of library shoulders on the responsibility of literature resources reasonable allocation for readers.
