Based on investigation and summarization of physical education teaching program of some independent medical colleges,this article analyzes public physical education curriculum of medical colleges from curriculum objectives, content, structure, etc. According to the medicine inter-disciplinary talents training target the article put forwards some reform suggestions to provide reference for deeply reform physical education curriculum in medical colleges.%在调查和总结部分独立医学院校公共体育课程教学大纲的基础上，从课程目标、内容、结构等方面对医学院校的公共体育课程设置进行了分析研究，并结合复合型医学人才培养的目标，提出了一些改革的建议，旨在为进一步深化医学院校体育课程改革提供参考。
