教学督导是提升教学质量的有效手段,是建设高职院校教学质量体系的重要环节。“督”具有督促、评价的内涵,“导”具有指导、导向的内涵。本文主要分析了高职院校在教学督导过程中存在的问题,并指出了教学督导工作的运行机制,为了进一步提高教学督导工作质量,提出了一些合理化的建议。%The teaching supervision is the effective measure to enhance the quality of teaching, is also an important link in construction of higher vocational colleges teaching quality system. The "supervision" has connotation of urging and evaluation, the "guide" has connotation of guiding and direction. This article mainly analyzes the problems existing in the higher vocational colleges in the process of teaching supervision, and proposes the teaching supervision work mechanism, then puts forward some rationalization suggestions to further improve the quality of teaching supervision work.
