The core issue of sensor management is to allocate the sensor resources reasonably based on certain principle with the most optimal method. In this paper, particle swarm algorithm based on tabu list is adopted to solve the problem of sensor management.%传感器管理的核心问题就是依据一定的准则，以最优的方法对传感器资源进行合理的分配。本文采用基于禁忌表结合的粒子群算法来解决传感器管理问题。
