基于“国培计划”的顶岗实习中英语师范生专业情意发展研究--以湖北科技学院为例

         

摘要

Professional affection is an essential professional quality of the teachers which occupies an important position in teacher's quality structure. Based on domestic research status about professional affection of pre-service teachers with the full-time teaching practice, this study utilized questionnaire surveys, teaching journals and interviews to inquiry into professional affection development status of pre-service English teachers in Hubei University of Science and Technology. Finally, some specific proposals will be raised according to correlative factors influencing professional affection development of pre-service teachers with the full-time teaching practice.%专业情意是教师必备的专业素养,在教师素质结构中占有重要地位。本研究首先了解国内关于顶岗实习生专业情意的研究现状,然后利用问卷调查、日志和访谈等方式,对湖北科技学院英语专业顶岗实习生的专业情意发展现状进行调查;最后,分析影响顶岗实习生专业情意发展的因素,并有针对性地提出一些建议。
