At present, the risk management of real estate projects in China has predominantly stayed on the experience-based stage, lacking effective and scientific methods of management and control. This paper mainly discussed the dynamic and integrated risk management mode for real estate projects based on total lifecycle. On the basis of the theory of system engineering and total lifecycle, it conceived integrated subsystems of risk management process and elements in real estate project. Combined the two subsystems, the dynamic and integrated risk management mode for real estate projects was preliminarily constituted.%目前我国房地产项目的风险管理还多处于以经验为主的阶段,缺乏有效科学的管理和控制方法。本文着重探讨了基于房地产项目全寿命周期的动态集成化风险管理。依据系统工程论和全寿命周期论,构思了房地产项目风险管理过程的集成子系统和风险管理要素的集成子系统。糅合两个子系统,初步确定了房地产项目动态集成化风险管理模型。
